PT Garuda Media is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our supply chain operations. As an Assistant Supply Chain Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, while working closely with our procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.,Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and transactions.,Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse operations.,Support the logistics team in the planning and execution of distribution activities.,Assist in the implementation of supply chain best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
