📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and milk frothers.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Promote our products and services to both local and international customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role, preferably in a coffee shop or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10 kg.
• Enthusiasm and passion for coffee and customer service.
