📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Organize and lead team meetings, training sessions, and other branch activities.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with branch management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
