📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.,Implementing and monitoring branch policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, both internal and external, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.,Analyzing sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to capitalize on them.,Ensuring the branch meets its financial targets and goals, and working closely with the finance team to achieve this.,Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Ensuring that the branch is well-stocked and that all inventory is managed effectively to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a branch management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to drive business growth.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
