📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and fueling.,Ensure vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety and regulatory standards.,Plan and schedule vehicle usage to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.,Oversee the driver training and certification process.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
