Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure all areas are cleaned to high standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Utilize advanced cleaning technologies like Ecolab and Hilti tools.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by staff or management.
• Participate in regular team meetings and staff evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision in luxury or high-end environments.
• Proven track record of maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Certification in housekeeping management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with advanced cleaning technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
