📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in the management of employee relations, including handling employee complaints and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Support the HR team in the management of employee performance, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
