📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve performance and safety.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage warehouse maintenance and repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
