📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems,Monitor and maintain network and server performance,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and software,Document IT processes and procedures,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux),Basic knowledge of networking concepts,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good communication and problem-solving skills
