Pacific Healthcare is looking for an experienced Lead Driver to join our team in Rembang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of our patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and a commitment to providing excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver assignments.,Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of patients and staff, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and delays.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely transportation services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver or in a similar role in the healthcare or logistics industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using transportation management systems and software.,Familiarity with local roads and traffic conditions in Rembang, Jawa Tengah.
