📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of retail sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the retail market.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge in retail sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in the retail sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
