📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the health center.,Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.,Track and report on purchasing activities, including spending and savings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely manner.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.,Good understanding of healthcare industry and its regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
