📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain sales records and customer databases.,Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely information.,Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations.,Support marketing efforts by assisting in the creation and distribution of promotional materials.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.,Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer support roles.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Experience with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
