As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a strong customer base, and ensuring our vehicle rental services meet the needs of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote our vehicle rental services,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to expand our market reach,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales strategies are effective

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vehicle rental industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Valid driver's license and clean driving record
