📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure that all drawings meet the project requirements and standards.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp to produce high-quality drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the design team and clients.
• Ensure that all drawings are compliant with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain and update technical drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new design standards and best practices within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp for architectural drafting.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other designers.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and work under pressure.
