📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentoring.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Frozen Food industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the Frozen Food market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales management software and tools.
