📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Oversee the preparation and quality of food and beverages.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian
