📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, ensuring their needs are met.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.,Support the Banquet Manager in coordinating with vendors and service providers.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and documentation.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a hospitality or banquet service role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of event planning and coordination.,Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
