Facility Executive - Building Operations & Maintenance

As a Facility Executive, you will work closely with our team of professionals to develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies. You will be responsible for managing a team of facility staff, including cleaning, security, and maintenance personnel, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be involved in the planning and execution of major facility projects, such as renovations and expansions, working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies to optimize the use of resources and improve efficiency.
• Manage a team of facility staff, including cleaning, security, and maintenance personnel, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Plan and execute major facility projects, such as renovations and expansions, working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all facility-related activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of facility equipment and systems, ensuring that they are operating at peak efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that all facility-related services are provided promptly and at competitive prices.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of facility operations and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of successfully managing facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as FM:Vision, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Certification in Facility Management, such as the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification from the Institute of Facility Management (IoFM), is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of facility staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering results within tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
