📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and check-ins/check-outs.

Assist with front desk operations, including managing reservations and scheduling appointments.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Handle cash transactions and manage the front desk cash drawer.

Provide information about the company, its services, and local attractions.

Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Indonesian.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer skills, including email and office software.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
