As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and seasonal menus.,Oversee the kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.,Manage inventory and purchase food supplies.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor food costs and ensure profitability.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
