Village Urban Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cashiering processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction,Ensure the smooth operation of cashiering processes,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Train and mentor junior staff members,Handle cash handling and banking procedures,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and financial statements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or cashiering role,Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed,High school diploma or equivalent
