📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts using traditional and modern techniques.,Ensure all pastries meet quality standards and are presented beautifully.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain optimal stock levels.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure pastry dishes complement the overall menu.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of pastry recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Willingness to travel and work in a tropical setting.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
