📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.,Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance and progress.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
