📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a database of candidates and update it regularly.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
