📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational efficiency.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events as required.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
