📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and maintains a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the restaurant has the necessary ingredients and equipment to operate efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure the restaurant complies with all local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
