📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food and beverage costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor customer feedback and make improvements to the dining experience as needed.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
