📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
