Manage and oversee the company's financial and accounting processes, including month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.,Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing financial processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
