PT. Hanrui Nickel Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our tax operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and a proven track record of successfully managing tax matters for large organizations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate, individual, and payroll taxes.,Advise management on tax planning and compliance matters, and provide recommendations to optimize tax efficiency.,Monitor and manage tax audits and disputes, and represent the company in tax-related communications with government agencies.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company's tax practices are in line with these changes.,Provide training and guidance to junior tax accountants and other staff members on tax-related matters.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax-related information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior tax accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, individual, and payroll taxes.,Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Certification in tax accounting or a related field is a plus.
