In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that ensure high availability and disaster recovery for our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and resilient solutions that meet the needs of our users and business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain systems to ensure high availability and disaster recovery for Stripe's platform.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks to system availability and reliability.,Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure rapid detection and resolution of issues.,Work with product and engineering teams to design and implement new features and improvements that enhance system availability and reliability.,Participate in on-call rotations to respond to and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal impact on users.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in high availability, disaster recovery, and related technologies.,Mentor and coach junior engineers and other team members to help them grow and develop their skills.,Contribute to the development and improvement of our engineering culture and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.,3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining highly available and resilient systems.,Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and a deep understanding of their services and best practices.,Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architectures, and related technologies.,Experience with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and their optimization for performance and reliability.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to identify and solve complex technical challenges.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
